Explore the night skies at Spencer’s Observatory, located next to Cat Mountain Lodge and Roadside Inn. Whether it’s your first experience or you’ve been stargazing in Tucson for years, you will enjoy a personalized guided star tour of Southwest Arizona’s dark skies with several large telescopes. This custom-built observatory has a private patio with a retractable roof that offers a comfortable and peaceful place to indulge your astronomy bug. Our patio opens up to a panoramic view of the exceptionally dark skies that blanket the Tucson Mountain Range and is home to a Celestron 14” SCT telescope on a GoTo Mount, a 10” Meade LX200 SCG telescope and a Piggy Back 4” Stellar View Refractor. Solar Viewing: 30-Minutes — $30

$25 discount for Cat Mountain Lodge, Casitas & Roadside Inn guests.
Rates include up to 5 people, Available for groups of 1-10.
Additional people, $15 each (10 maximum).
